Bring a guardian
Every child needs an adult aged 18 or above. Children aged 7 and below must have their guardian inside the play area.
Check age & health
Play is for children aged 12 and below. Guests showing signs of illness will not be admitted.
Wear non-slip socks
Children and adults must wear ActiveFun non-slip socks inside the play area.
Dress for active play
Tie back long hair and remove sharp accessories and jewelry. Long trousers are recommended.
Supervision & responsibilityRules 1–4 · Guardians and behavior+
- Adult supervision: All children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian aged 18 years old or above at all times.
- Inside supervision: Children aged 7 and below, or those needing assistance, must be accompanied inside the play area by their guardian.
- Guardian responsibility: Guardians are responsible for their child’s safety, proper behavior, and compliance with ActiveFun rules throughout their stay.
- Safe conduct: ActiveFun may deny entry or remove guests displaying unruly, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior without refund.
Health, clothing & safe playRules 5–11 · Before play+
- Age limit: Only children aged 12 years old and below are allowed to play.
- Health screening: Temperature and health checks may be conducted before entry. Children or guardians showing signs of illness—including flu, cough, colds, skin diseases, or infections—will not be permitted to enter.
- Medical disclosure: Guardians must disclose any health or medical conditions of their child. ActiveFun will not be liable for consequences arising from undisclosed conditions.
- Required socks: ActiveFun non-slip socks are required for both children and adults within the play area.
- Play-ready clothing: Long hair must be tied back. Sharp accessories and jewelry must be removed. Long trousers are recommended.
- No rough play: Running, pushing, rough play, or violent behavior is strictly prohibited. Guardians must immediately intervene if their child becomes unruly.
- Keep the play area clear: Food, drinks, and strollers are not allowed inside the play area. Use designated eating or stroller-storage areas.
Belongings, photos & privacyRules 12–15 · Personal information+
- Shoe rack: An open shoe rack is available inside the play area. Store items at your own risk; keep personal belongings safe. ActiveFun is not responsible for lost or damaged items left unattended.
- Respect the space: Keep personal belongings secure and maintain cleanliness. Spitting, littering, and taking toys outside the designated area are prohibited.
- Photo approval: Taking photos and videos inside the play area is subject to management approval.
- Data privacy: ActiveFun upholds your privacy and complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Personal data will be kept confidential and used only with the customer’s consent.
Entry & general policiesRules 16–20 · Admission and facility use+
- Capacity and re-entry: Entrance is subject to availability and capacity limits. Re-entry policies must be observed.
- Right of admission: ActiveFun may refuse admission or remove guests violating these rules for safety or operational reasons.
- Lost and found: Lost-and-found items will be kept for up to 6 months before proper disposal or donation.
- Acceptance: By entering the facility, guests accept all terms and conditions stated here.
- Posted guidance: Please read and follow all signage, rules, and regulations posted in every activity area.
